1 With pre-crimped warp wire, this crimped wire mesh machine can automatically process the 

   weft wire and weaving of both weft and warp wire into wire mesh with the width of 0.9-2.5m

2 The wire diameter ranges from 0.4 to 2.0mm, the opening 1.5*1.5-15*15mm2, the weaving 

    speed can reach 30 to 50 times per minute. 

3 The product has firm structure, good property, easy operation, can be used for production 

    of many kinds of wire mesh.

The series of Semi-automatic crimped wire mesh machine weave crimped wire net of steel, iron, lead and stainless steel wire with big diameter. The net is weaved by the machine after the thick wire is formed to crimp by the rolling machine. Breadth of the net is 0.9-2.5m and the diameter of the wire is 2.0-8.0mm. The size of the mesh is 2×2mm-80×80mm. The structure of the machine is compactness and rational. It performs satisfactorily and runs smoothly.

Breadth of the net produced by each gauge of the machine can be adjusted in a certain extent.
